Thank you for these photos. I had heard of this one but didn’t know where it was!

Knew of this cemetery but wondered where we could park, read the above and finally visited parking in the NO PARKING area, thank you for the information.

I was fooled the first time too, until I spoke to Councillor Rob Smith about it and he told me that that was Township Property.

Rob Smith is mistaken. It is private property except for the right of way in front of the gate to the cemetery.

My husband spoke to the township office today about it as we own the property. The biggest issue we have is that people treat the area as a garbage dump and we have to clean it up as the property owners if we don’t catch the people dumping. We are paying taxes on it so please check with Rob Smith on that as well.

    Dear Mr. and Mrs. Kaddatz,
Sorry for the misunderstanding of the ownership of the parking area.

Mr. and Mrs. Kaddatz are the soul owners of the parking area.

Since this property does belong to Mr. and Mrs. Kaddatz be respectful of their property.

This issue will also be addressed with the Elizabethtown-Kitley Heritage Committee.

Actually this conversation came up as my husband came along and found some people parked there dumping their refuse out of their car onto the parking area.
